Refund policy

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

At WarriorX.in, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, customized activewear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.

This policy applies to all purchases made on our website, WarriorX.in.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging: It must be returned with all original tags, labels, and any included accessories.

  • Not a Final Sale Item: We do not have any final sale items, so all products are eligible for return, provided they meet the other conditions.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@warriorx.in within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice or a note with your name and RMA number inside the package.

  4. Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Our team will arrange for a pickup of the package from your specified address. We will provide you with the necessary shipping labels and pickup details.

  5. Ship the Package: Hand over the package to our designated courier partner on the scheduled pickup date.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

  • Rejection: If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or not in original condition), we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

As we specialize in customized activewear, we handle returns on these items with special care. We understand that issues may arise. If a customized item is defective or there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size from what was ordered), we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.

However, if the issue with a customized item is due to a mistake in the design file or information provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a full refund. Please double-check all design specifications and details before submitting your order.

6. NO RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. The refund you receive will be the full amount you paid for the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs (if applicable).
