This partnership allows us to work with a network of trusted courier partners.
2. ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

Customization: Please note that customized items may require additional processing time for production. We will provide you with a more accurate estimated dispatch date in your order confirmation email.

Business Days: Our team operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We use Shiprocket to find the best and most reliable courier partner for your location. Your package will be shipped via one of their trusted partners, which may include major carriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days for most locations within India.

Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that transit times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays that may occur.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, total weight, and delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your payment.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as part of special promotions. Any such offer will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the Shiprocket tracking page. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package at every stage of its journey.
6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select pin codes in India. A small convenience fee may be charged for this service, which will be displayed at checkout.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
